How much does it cost to use Fantasy Sports Vault?
Since your league’s payouts are disbursed at 100%, there really is no cost to you or the other players in your league. The only cost a player would incur would be when he/she uses our secure payment gateway to authorize a payment by credit/debit card. Alternatively, if you send your money to FSV via check, then there is no absolutely cost. A late payment fee may be applicable if you are delinquent on making your timely payment.
Is Fantasy Sports Vault a secure site?
Yes! Our site is secured via a digital certification. We exist under SSL provided by VeriSign and are 256-bit encrypted to insure that your league settings as well as your funds are received, processed, and stored properly. Note the https: that precedes our web address when using our secure payment gateway.
When do I get paid if I win my fantasy league?
Your league's Vault Commissioner (VC) will select the League End Date. The FSV proprietary system them auto-calculates the Payout Disbursement Date, based on the pre-selected League End Date, and prize payout funds are automatically disbursed into your FSV Account Balance within 3-5 days of your league’s completion.
What if I lose my password?
FSV provides automated password retrieval functionality built into the site. Additionally, you could contact one of our Fantasy Fulfillment Specialists and they will happily fulfill your request (this assumes you can verify you are who you say you are). Email us at: fsv@fantasysportsvault.com.
Which Fantasy platform site should I use for my fantasy league? Which fantasy platform site is the best?
FSV remains neutral on this question. There are plenty of great sites to choose from…so we leave that decision up to you and your league.
Why use the Fantasy Sports Vault “Virtual League Treasurer” system?
Possibly to eliminate the awkwardness/uncertainty of selecting a league treasurer that everyone agrees on…Possibly to insure that your funds are safe and will be paid out properly…Possibly to focus on winning your league and not details surrounding the "pot" and managing the money aspect…Possibly because you hate writing checks, finding and addressing envelopes, getting stamps, etc… These are just a few examples, but we are sure you can think of more if you really try!
Can I set up a fantasy league with friends/players in other states through my "vault” account?
Sure. Regardless of where your friends, or other team owners, live they are able to access your "vault" account and post their payments (either electronically or by mailing us a check).
What Fantasy sport/game/competition leagues does FSV support?
We support the mainstream fantasy leagues like football, baseball, basketball, hockey, NASCAR, and golf, but we also provide the ability to set-up any non-traditional fantasy league that you desire such as tabloid, movies, or reality t.v. for example. If you can find a fantasy platform offering something you and others are interested in – we’ll help you with the treasurer piece of it all!
What is the minimum “pot” amount, or per player amount, allowed by FSV?
Bottom line is that there is no minimum or maximum amount that you need to play for. We have some leagues where all players join for $10, whereas other leagues have Entry Fee Amounts of $5,000 and up. It is really up to you and your fantasy tolerance…we just make sure you have a safe and secure place to store your dough.
How can I pay my fantasy dues?
You can submit your payment electronically by using a credit/debit card through our secure payment gateway (small fee), send a check/money order directly to our office (no fee), or by using funds in your FSV Account Balance (no fee).

What is the maximum that we can submit as our Fantasy league dues?
This is completely up to you, your league commissioner, and your tolerance for fantasy competitions.
How long does it take my money to credit into my fantasy league account?
This depends on whether you pay by credit/debit card or check/money order. By check/money order can take a few days due to mail delivery speeds. If you pay by credit/debit card, your funds will be posted immediately.
How can I verify that my funds have been credited?
After logging into your FSV account, on the dashboard page go to the Account Balance and click on the dollar figure. This will display a pop-out box with all of your financial activity.
Can I also pay my extra dues (i.e. Add/Drop Fees or Trade Fees) via credit/debit card or check/money order?
Of course! You simply log back into your account and then go to your Leagues in Progress page. Here you will find the option to submit a payment through our secure payment gateway (or send check/money order). The same payment posting timeframes as mentioned above apply.

Who can make edits to our fantasy vault account?
Only your Vault Commissioner (VC) will be able to make changes/modifications, however, each individual player can modify their own personal information at anytime.
How is our money held by Fantasy Sports Vault?
FSV secures your money into one of two holding accounts, both located at FDIC insured banks. Once your league concludes, and prize winners are determined, the funds are distributed into your FSV Account Balance.
How secure is my data that I submit to FSV?
We take privacy very seriously. Your information will not be sent, sold, or given to anyone outside of FSV at ANYTIME for ANY REASON!
Why is the amount I owe for my fantasy league more than the amount of my league's Entry Fee or Add/Drop/Trade amount?
Fantasy Sports Vault is very proud of our ability to boast 100% Prize Payouts! Naturally, the highest in the industry! Therefore, we need to cover our payment gateway transaction charges that we are charged by our credit/debit card vendor. Another reason for the difference in amounts could be that your payment is late (based on your league's Start Date) and you are being assessed a small late fee.
What happens if there is a dispute and no resolution is possible?
If, in the rare instance this occurs and our Fantasy Fulfillment Specialists cannot resolve the issue, each participant that deposited money will be fully refunded within 15-20 days of the season ending. So, worst-case scenario, you are not financially harmed – you get your money back in full (less any payment gateway charges/late fees that were applied).

How are my monetary winnings disbursed?
When your league’s Payout Disbursement Date is met, any prize money that you have won will appear in your FSV Account Balance. You will receive an email notification detailing what you won and the amount as well. At that point you are able to leave your money in your personal FSV Account Balance to pay for future leagues or withdraw any portion of your balance.
